Is there room for positive, uplifting, empowering prayer songs in today’s culture? The answer is YES! according to Yakira Yedidia, Singer-Songwriter and co-creator of the YedidYah Family Band, “It started as an easy way to teach our girls Jewish values and prayers, creating positive music space for them to be inspired by, listen to and also feel connected to Israel and Judaism. An uplifting alternative to negative musical influences kids are exposed to today. It was greatly received and embraced by so many families with kids, affirming there is a need and demand for positive, empowering prayer songs, especially today.”
On April 4th, the husband and wife duo of Yakira Yedidia and Aaron Yedidia, alongside their 3 girls, Ella, Olivia and Lenny, AKA YedidYah Family Band, will release “YedidYah”, their debut full length album.
